Submission Templates

To ensure consistency, clarity, and high publication standards, authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official journal templates provided below.

All submissions must strictly follow the formatting and structural guidelines outlined in the templates prior to submission.

Download the official template for preparing original research manuscripts, including structured sections (Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References).

The Title Page must include the full manuscript title, authors’ names, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s contact details.
It should also indicate ORCID IDs and any acknowledgments or funding information related to the study.

3. Cover Letter Template. (Click Here for download)
Authors must submit a signed cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, briefly explaining:
- The significance of the study
- Its originality
- Confirmation that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere
- Disclosure of any conflicts of interest

4. Copyright & Author Declaration Form. (Click Here for download)
All authors must complete and submit the signed declaration form along with the manuscript.

Important Notes

• Manuscripts not prepared according to the journal template may be returned for technical revision before peer review.
• References must follow the journal’s citation style Vancover. 
• Figures and tables should be embedded within the manuscript and submitted separately in high-resolution format.
• All documents must be submitted in editable Word format (.doc or .docx).
• The Cover Letter is mandatory for all submissions.
